Daughter of Brian, granddaughter of Perc, great-granddaughter of Owen. She left the family business for twenty years of hotels, came back as a five-star wine buyer, and in 1999 started Tempus Two in her garage. The pewter labels were hers. So was the idea of a cellar door that looked like nothing else. Vamp is the second time she's done it.
Lisa chooses her fruit unencumbered by geography, from the regions that do each variety best, and brings it home to the Hunter. The labels are cut metal. The wine is the point.
